My name is Ruby, I’m an Anna’s Hummingbird who makes her nest in the Bougainvillea just outside Charles’s studio. We see each other almost every morning while I’m making my rounds through his garden. He’s off wandering the Sierra Ancha Wilderness visiting prehistoric cliff ruins, and he asked me to let you know, he’ll be back next Tuesday.
